We specialise in helping busy people tone up, lose fat and improve their health.
UNIT 13 is a Personal Training Gym that specialises in Group Personal Training and individualised programming. We do this using Strength & Conditioning and Functional Movement Training techniques.
This combination is designed to create a natural and functional physique.
Driven by our Coaches we embody the vision of a health & fitness industry that tailors programmes around every individuals specific needs.
We guarantee professional support with all of our programmes, which are created and delivered by top Strength and Conditioning coaches, physical therapists and supported by external healthcare professionals.

Our services are delivered by a team of highly educated personal trainers with the skills to help you realise your goals.
TYPES OF TRAINING
We have a wide variety of programming options to choose from.
Prefer to train at home? Our ONLINE programme delivers fully personalised training delivered via your device. With full length video training sessions both live and pre-recorded along side weekly coaching calls this is the option for you.
If you prefer flexibility choose the HYBRID programme. This allows all the benefits of the ONLINE programme while still giving you the option to use the gym facility at certain times of the week.
Looking to develop your strength in house? Choose the IN GYM option. This is a fully on site programme giving you full access to all of our gym equipment so you can maximise your workout.
